   I want to find a billion dollar grant and build solar panels + in Austin Texas..I see wind in Texas got Mega money.. Why not give some to the guys working on solar and more? Not just the college or schools? man we got like a billion installers they can help me build what we install

   Why is this not automated, I see nothing in this process that a machine could not do as well as handling them gently and keeping them clean? Look at the assembly of other similar components…the soldering of complex circuit boards.

   This video doesn’t tell us how a solar panel is made, but rather how it is assembled. I want to see it from its raw materials being turned into those small plates we see at the beginning.

    cool! what i really want 2 do is make a cheaper solar panel and the info from this video might help…thanks!
    also: for anyone who’s trying 2 decide whether to switch to solar power or not its only really expensive at the beginning- in the end it all pays off.
    p.s. 6 per day is not much… i bet if they made more per day the price would finally go down.

    When he says module, he should say cell. A module is a group of cells in the same case, which many people refer to as a panel. Check out pvstudent website.

    I was working in Solar Panel’s factory, 48pcs modules, the normal amount on one shift was 420, 25k+ panels every month;).
