		<description>@MrEnergyCzar that&#039;s what someone else said..I bought this at christmas time and just pulled it out of the box to see how it works..this is brand spanking new product..I took it to work for someone to help me and looked at the directions and it read on there not to have the knob turned all the way towards the &#039;moon part pic&#039;. So i turned it halfway. I will give this another try. Right now it&#039;s cloudy again and no sun.thanks..I will def be keeping in touch with you on this matter..thanks again</description>
